Consent-gated visibility
Your client picks exactly what to share: confidence ratings, session counts, full transcripts, real-world outcomes, communication cards. They can revoke any scope at any time, instantly.
Audit log on every read
Every time you view a client's data, an audit row is written. Your client can see the log from their own settings. Transparency goes both ways.
Practice signal, not diagnosis
We surface confidence trends, session activity, and real-world outcomes — never a clinical score. You stay the interpreter. The AI never "grades" anyone.
What your dashboard shows
Every signal you see in your dashboard reflects a consent your client made. If they unchecked “share transcripts,” you see session counts and dates only. If they revoked everything, their data is gone from your view immediately. You never have to wonder what you're allowed to look at.
Why we built it this way: most clinical software treats consent as a one-time signature buried in TOS. We treat it as an ongoing relationship — your client can see who accessed what and adjust at any time. That changes how clients show up to homework.

- Is this HIPAA-compliant?
- We operate with HIPAA-adjacent safeguards: encryption at rest + TLS in transit, BAAs with our infrastructure providers, audit logs, and granular consent. Formal HIPAA certification depends on your jurisdiction and use case — we'll work with partner practices individually before broader launch.
- What kinds of clinicians use this?
- Speech-language pathologists (SLPs), autism-specialized therapists, occupational therapists, social-skills coaches. Currently a partner-only launch — we onboard one practice at a time and co-design with you.
- What does it cost?
- Per-clinician monthly subscription, separate from any patient tier. Pricing is set during partner onboarding. Your clients get the AI-generation features included on your subscription — they never see a paywall for homework you assigned.
- Can a clinician also be a patient?
- Yes — many autistic clinicians use SocialBridge for both their own practice and their caseload. You can toggle between the two contexts from the sidebar.
